Your eligibility for a full refund depends on the type of vehicle reserved and the timing of your cancellation:
Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Luxury Vans: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Limos, and Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
2. Non-Refundable Cancellations
Cancellations that do not meet the specified time frames are considered non-refundable. This includes:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time for Sedans and SUVs.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time for Luxury Vans.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation time for Limos and Buses.
Situations where the chauffeur is already en route to the pickup location.

For eligible cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
